anyplace
In any place at all; anywhere.
Anyplace means any location at all, no matter where. If your mom says you can read anyplace in the house, she means you could curl up on the couch, sit at the kitchen table, sprawl on your bedroom floor, or even read in the bathtub if you wanted to.
The word is usually used as an adverb and is interchangeable with anywhere, though anywhere is more common in formal writing. You might tell a friend, “I'd rather be anyplace but here” when you're stuck somewhere boring, or announce, “I can do my homework anyplace” if you don't need special equipment or a quiet room.
Some people also use anyplace as a noun to mean “any place at all,” but in everyday conversation, most people use anyplace and anywhere the same way without thinking about the difference.
