A groundskeeper is someone whose job is to take care of outdoor spaces like parks, sports fields, schoolyards, or the lawns and gardens around buildings. Groundskeepers mow grass, trim hedges, plant flowers, rake leaves, and make sure everything looks neat and healthy.
