rewatch
To watch something again.
To rewatch something means to watch it again. When you rewatch your favorite movie, you're seeing it for the second, third, or maybe tenth time. People rewatch things for all kinds of reasons: maybe you missed important details the first time, maybe you want to share something you love with a friend, or maybe you just enjoy the experience so much that you want to feel it again.
Rewatching can reveal things you didn't notice before. When you rewatch a mystery movie knowing who the villain is, you might spot clues you missed the first time. You might rewatch a funny video to catch jokes that went by too quickly, or rewatch a tutorial to make sure you understand each step.
You might tell a friend, “I've rewatched that show three times,” or suggest, “Let's rewatch the scene where the robot breaks through the wall.”
